We understand that life happens, and appointments sometimes need to be changed or cancelled. To ensure the smooth running of our salon and fairness for both clients and staff, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following 24-hour cancellation policy:
A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% of the total treatment cost is required to confirm your appointment.
This deposit secures your spot and helps us prepare for your service.
The deposit will be deducted from your final bill if you attend your appointment as scheduled.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will transfer your non-refundable deposit to a new booking.
The deposit will be valid for 30 days from the original booking date and can be applied towards any service with equal or greater value.
Please note that rescheduling requests within 24 hours may result in limited appointment availability and may not be possible.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will forfeit the deposit.
Please note that for appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time will forfeit the deposit.
Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full treatment cost.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Reschedules made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee or forfeit of the deposit.
We will try our best to accommodate any reschedule requests, but please understand that appointments are limited and may not be available at short notice.
In rare cases, we may consider waiving the cancellation fee at our discretion due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergencies.

Respect for our team: Our therapist reserve time specifically for your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to fill those slots and impact their income.
